Here, in the States, it is summer time. All kids are having fun and savoring the great weather and time off from school. As teachers, we are refreshing our mind with other things besides school work, but also acquiring new learning to apply for the next school year. Well, with that in mind, I would like to share some of the resources that I have learned so far.
First of all, I would like to share this website where you can download Dr. Kathryn Lindolm-Leary’s presentation in the Oregon Association for Bilingual Education Summer Conference 2013 . Dr. Lindolm-Leary is a very well-known researcher in Two-Way Immersion and other bilingual programs from San Jose State University in California.

I really enjoyed reading her powerpoint because she summarizes key concepts in Two-Way Immersion programs besides giving you data to prove the outcomes. If you are looking for the resources and a reference list, I suggest you to go to the link below in her past presentations website where there are several powerpoint presentations and sources about bilingual education.
